Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and e7777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the e7777 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at e7777.lat ("the Platform").

Eligibility & Age Verification

e7777 takes its age verification obligations seriously. The Company may request documentary proof of age — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 21, e7777 will suspend the account and conduct a verification review. If the player is found to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be refunded at the Company's discretion in line with applicable responsible gaming guidance.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on e7777, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to all e7777 accounts:

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the e7777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your e7777 balance within 60 seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 banking hours to process. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to your issuing bank's processing times.

• Deposits must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

e7777 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all e7777 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used first for wagering before bonus funds are applied, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the end of the validity period are forfeited.

• Each bonus promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Players who wish to decline bonuses may do so by contacting the e7777 support team prior to making a qualifying deposit. Retroactive removal of bonuses after wagering has commenced is not available.

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by e7777, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e7777 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account on e7777, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the e7777 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any multiplayer format.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, e7777 may immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void all outstanding bets, and permanently ban the player from the platform. e7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your e7777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e7777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party system failures may cause temporary service disruptions. e7777 will not be liable for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

Account Suspension & Termination

e7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Where account closure results from a breach of these Terms, e7777 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their e7777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Disputes & Complaints

e7777 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding your e7777 account, a transaction, or the outcome of a game or bet, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact e7777 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Provide your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. Our team will aim to resolve your query within 4 hours.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, request escalation to a senior member of the e7777 complaints team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to in writing within 5 business days.

Disputes relating to the outcome of certified RNG games must be raised within 30 days of the game session in question. Sports betting disputes must be raised within 14 days of the event settlement. e7777 will not consider disputes raised outside these timeframes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e7777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit e7777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorised access to or use of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

e7777 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, e7777 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of e7777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the e7777 platform immediately and contact support to request account closure. Your real-money balance will be returned subject to standard verification procedures.
